Tim Hart

Tim Hart is a seasoned executive with a strong background in engineering, technology, and business management within the oil and gas industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Penn State University, he has held numerous senior-level leadership positions, specializing in electrical engineering, information technology, technical project management, vendor relations, contract negotiations, and operational efficiency. Throughout his career, he has successfully led business transformations, improved operational efficiencies, and worked closely with local vendors to enhance their processes and service capabilities, ensuring compliance with evolving technical, safety, and environmental standards.

Previously, Mr. Hart was a key leader at AXP Energy, where he joined in 2011 as General Manager of the Eastern Business Unit. He was instrumental in driving production to record highs and was later promoted to Vice President, where he transitioned the business from a gas exploration company to a cash-flow-positive oil and gas producer. In 2015, he advanced to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations across multiple states, and played a crucial role in making AXP Energy a low-cost, highly productive, self-reliant drilling and exploration firm. His leadership led to his promotion as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in 2016, where he continued to drive growth and operational excellence. Now, with his wealth of experience, Mr. Hart continues to contribute his expertise to the energy sector, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and strategic business development.
