Steve, based in Midland, Texas, is a renowned consulting engineer specializing in oil and gas reservoir analysis, CO2 injection, enhanced oil recovery (EOR), and horizontal well projects.
Globally recognized as the 'father of ROZ,' Steve aims to leverage his expertise in reservoir management and oil recovery in South Dakota's Southern Williston Basin. Offering engineering and business planning services, Steve supports a wide range of clients across the oil, gas, industrial gas, coal, and power sectors, advising on CO2 EOR and carbon capture initiatives. He has pioneered numerous exploration and production efforts, focusing on the exploration of residual oil zones and their exploitation using CO2 EOR and horizontal drilling.
Steve directs the annual CO2 Flooding Conference, contributes to the EOR Carbon Management Workshop, and has held positions on advisory boards, including the Governor of Texas’ FutureGen Board.
